If your deductible has not been met, you have two options
Visit any U.S pharmacy (even if you have prior authorization). You will need to pay the full cost of the medication out-of-pocket at the time of purchase.
You may choose to prepay your deductible directly to Best Doctors Insurance. Once the deductible is prepaid, your medication can be processed with a $0.00 payment required at the pharmacy, and coverage will apply according to your policy.
Do not pay directly at the pharmacy if your request was coordinated through Best Doctors Insurance and you have prepaid your deductible.
Always coordinate payment and authorization through the Best Doctors Insurance pharmacy team to ensure your benefits are applied correctly.
If you need to arrange a deductible prepayment, please contact: pharmacy@bestdoctorsinsurance.com or precert@bestdoctorsinsurance.com.
