
Best Doctors Insurance continues enhancing its digital experience with a new online transfer process available through the Agent Portal.
This new functionality allows transfer requests to be submitted digitally, helping simplify the process while improving efficiency, speed, and ease of use.
To access this feature, users can enter the Application Tab and select Create Application, where the new Transfer option is now available.

The process follows the same familiar workflow currently used for Online Requests. As part of this enhancement, the Medical Questionnaire now includes Simplified Questions within the second step of the process.

This update represents the first phase of the transfer process digitalization, with additional improvements planned to continue delivering a more agile and intuitive experience.
