1. To initiate a BDI precertification for medical services, visit the BDI portal at https://www.bestdoctorsinsurance.com/
2. Select your portal:
Navigate towards the Medical Service tab and click on Notification and Authorization to proceed.
3. Complete the required fields related to the policy and the medical procedure or event. During this step, you’ll be prompted to select the request type.
- Select Notification if your request is only to notify an event which does not require authorization.
- Select Authorization request if you are requesting an authorization for a medical event.
4. Upon submission, users will receive a confirmation message along with a reference number for future follow-up.
