This enhancement allows pending underwriting and operational documents to be uploaded directly through the portal instead of being submitted by email, creating a faster and more organized experience for case management.
The new functionality complements the Digital Application process launched previously. When additional information is required for policy issuance—whether related to underwriting review or operational requirements—documents can now be submitted directly online in one centralized location.
In addition to simplifying document submission, the portal also allows real-time case status tracking, giving greater visibility into the progress of each request and helping improve follow-up efficiency.
