Operator:
The Operator of this Lifestyle Sweepstake is Best Doctors Insurance Limited (“BDI” or “Best Doctors Insurance”), a Bermuda company with a legal address at Victoria Place, 31 Victoria Street, 5th Floor, Hamilton, Bermuda HM10.

Participant warrantee:
By participating in this contest, participant agree to be bound by this Sweepstake terms and conditions set forth and the decisions taken by Best Doctors Insurance, which are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility:
The Sweepstake registration is only open to those participants who upload one of participant’s best photos as per the Entry Method describes and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participants may reside anywhere in the United States, Canada, Latin America, The Caribbean, and Brazil.

No purchase:
No purchase, payment, or entry fee is required to enter or win the Sweepstake.

Entry methods:

Participants can enter the Sweepstake by posting on Instagram or Facebook one of their best photos showing the routine they follow to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and tagging it with the hashtag #másaludableconbd

Eligible entries:
Eligible Entries shall be those in which eligibly participant complies with entry method for this Sweepstake. All the personal data provided will be securely handled and saved by BDI and will only be used for the purpose of the Sweepstake, and to share the winner of the Sweepstake.

Entry period:
The Sweepstake Begins on April 25, 2024 and ends on May 9, 2024, at 9:00 AM EST (the “Entry period”).

Prizes:
Participants will enter the Sweepstake for a chance to win a gift card for an Alexa smart device (the “Prize”). Such a Prize has an estimated retail value of US$50; any image of the prize shown is for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. The Prize is not redeemable in cash. There will be one single Prize awarded to the winner. Shipping fees for delivery of the Prize to the addresses designated by the winner shall be solely paid by BDI.

Winner selection:
The Winner will be based on the likes counted on social media for each photograph at the last date of the Entry period, at 9:01 AM EST, from all Eligible entries posted during the Entry period.

Winner announcement:
The Winner will be announced by BDI on social media. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 90 days after the Entry Period, the prize may be forfeited. When contacting BDI, the announced winner, must provide a shipping address. If the Prize is not claimed during that time, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited its Prize.

Publicity release:
By accepting the Prize, the Winner consents to Best Doctors Insurance using the participant´s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.

Taxes and legal compliance:
The Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, custom fees, or legal requirements associated with accepting the Prize. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Privacy and data usage:
By entering, participants agree on the collection and use of their information. Participant acknowledges having read and understanding the terms of the Privacy Notice and Personal Data Use, that is made available by Best Doctors Insurance website at https://bestdoctorsinsurance.com/ and may be modified or updated by Best Doctors Insurance from time to time. Modifications or updates will be effective immediately.

Disqualification and termination:
Best Doctors Insurance reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or that are found to be fraudulent, invalid, inaccurate, or inappropriate, including but not limited to the use of artificial intelligence to gain the most followers. Best Doctors Insurance also reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstake if technical issues arise or for any other reason whatsoever.

Liability limitation:
Best Doctors Insurance is not responsible for any technical problems, or incorrect, incomplete or invalid or lost entries, nor for any other issues whatsoever that may arise during the Sweepstake.

Governing law:
The Sweepstake is subject to the laws of the United States of America and/or the laws of the State of Florida, as applicable. Additionally, any and all disputes arising or related to the Sweepstake will be resolved by the State or Federal courts (as it may correspond) sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the social media account associated with the entry.
