Esta mejora permite cargar historiales m\u00e9dicos pendientes directamente cuando se requiere documentaci\u00f3n adicional para una solicitud en evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se soliciten documentos m\u00e9dicos, el caso aparecer\u00e1 en la secci\u00f3n de Servicios M\u00e9dicos con el estado Acci\u00f3n Requerida. Desde all\u00ed, los documentos de respaldo podr\u00e1n cargarse directamente en el portal, creando un proceso m\u00e1s eficiente y centralizado para el env\u00edo de informaci\u00f3n solicitada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los agentes, esta funcionalidad ofrece mayor visibilidad sobre los requerimientos de documentaci\u00f3n y una nueva forma de apoyar a sus clientes cuando se necesiten registros m\u00e9dicos adicionales.
