Todo ello en cumplimiento de las obligaciones regulatorias establecidas por la Autoridad Monetaria de Bermuda (BMA) y en concordancia con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de la industria.<\/p><p><strong>Definici\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>Una reclamaci\u00f3n admisible es toda declaraci\u00f3n escrita o verbal de insatisfacci\u00f3n dirigida a la Empresa, relacionada con un producto o servicio ofrecido por la misma, en la que se alegue un error, una irregularidad o cualquier otra conducta inadecuada.<\/p><p><strong>Alcance<\/strong><br \/>El actual procedimiento permite que la presentaci\u00f3n de quejas garantice que las inquietudes se aborden con prontitud, imparcialidad y coherencia, fomentando la confianza e impulsando mejoras en el servicio.<\/p><p>El procedimiento de quejas tiene como objetivo:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0Gestionar eficazmente las quejas, respetando el derecho de los clientes a un proceso r\u00e1pido, eficaz, transparente y sencillo.<\/li><li>\u00a0Proporcionar respuestas claras y precisas y un seguimiento oportuno de las quejas, junto con informaci\u00f3n clara sobre el proceso de manejo de las quejas.<\/li><li>\u00a0Documentar todas las quejas para extraer aprendizajes y conclusiones que refuercen la organizaci\u00f3n y mejoren la experiencia del servicio para todos los participantes.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Compromiso con la excelencia<\/strong><br \/>En BDIL, la excelencia en el servicio es el pilar de todo lo que hacemos y de c\u00f3mo nos relacionamos con nuestros clientes y socios. Asumimos la responsabilidad de gestionar todas las quejas y la informaci\u00f3n personal que recibimos con profesionalismo, confidencialidad, \u00e9tica y eficiencia, adoptando un enfoque basado en los siguientes principios:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0Acoger con prontitud las quejas.<\/li><li>Asignar personal especializado y canalizarlas al departamento adecuado para examinarlas<\/li><li>\u00a0Llevar a cabo una investigaci\u00f3n imparcial<\/li><li>Supervisar el avance del proceso de manejo de queja<\/li><li>Informar peri\u00f3dicamente sobre el estatus del caso<\/li><li>Proporcionar una evaluaci\u00f3n final y comunicar oportunamente las posibles soluciones basadas en nuestras conclusiones<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>C\u00f3mo presentar una queja<\/strong><br \/>BDIL tiene como objetivo ofrecer un proceso de presentaci\u00f3n de quejas sencillo y transparente, regido por la claridad y el debido registro documental. Si no est\u00e1s satisfecho con nuestro servicio, puedes presentar una queja llenando el formulario en nuestra p\u00e1gina web.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 informaci\u00f3n se necesita para presentar una queja?<\/strong><br \/>Para investigar eficazmente una queja, BDIL necesita la siguiente informaci\u00f3n:<\/p><ul><li>Tus datos personales (nombre, raz\u00f3n social, correo electr\u00f3nico, tel\u00e9fono, etc.), ya que toda comunicaci\u00f3n formal se realizar\u00e1 por correo electr\u00f3nico o por el m\u00e9todo de contacto que prefiera<\/li><li>\u00a0N\u00fameros de p\u00f3liza o cualquier otro n\u00famero de referencia relevante para el cliente (por ejemplo, c\u00f3digos de identificaci\u00f3n, reclamaci\u00f3n, presupuesto, etc.)<\/li><li>Detalles completos de la queja, incluyendo fecha, acontecimientos, personas implicadas y cualquier otra informaci\u00f3n pertinente<\/li><li>La soluci\u00f3n de preferencia para tu caso<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Procesamiento de quejas<\/strong><br \/>Una vez recibida una queja, el equipo de BDIL acusa recibo en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas, conforme a nuestras normas de responsabilidad. La investigaci\u00f3n y respuesta a la queja queda a cargo de expertos en la materia, quienes la resolver\u00e1n dentro de los 15 d\u00edas de haberla recibido o en casos de mayor complejidad, dentro de los 30 d\u00edas.<\/p><p>Las medidas adoptadas se explican al denunciante junto con el resultado de la investigaci\u00f3n.<br \/>En caso de que la resoluci\u00f3n de la queja no pueda proporcionarse dentro del plazo establecido, se env\u00edan actualizaciones, incluidas las medidas adoptadas y la nueva fecha prevista para la resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong>M\u00e9todo para presentar apelaciones<\/strong><br \/>En caso de que un denunciante no est\u00e9 conforme con la respuesta recibida, puede solicitar un nuevo proceso de revisi\u00f3n.
